They were super! He arrived earlier than scheduled, worked for 11 hours, and did a stupendous job. They even moved the air handler from the attic to the garage which was a BIG plus. They also carted away all the old equipment and debris. They arranged financing with me while there. They were just so nice to talk with.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the service I received from one of your techs (Wayne M.). He had to rewire parts of the compressor system, that had been botched by (another company) during the summer, in order to get cooling. The tech from the (other company) told me to call back when its gets cooler, so he could go in to the attic to repair a short in the thermostat wires. I didn’t feel confident in the (other company’s) abilities to fix the problem and on 11/30/09 and I decided to call your company. Your technician came out within hours of my call. I explained the situation and he promised to take care of the problem. Your technician started right away on the unit, and in a very short time came to the door to explain what was done. Now everything is working properly. I feel that your technician (Wayne M.) is a real asset to your company. I even purchased a service agreement. Also your dispatchers were great at calling me for arrival times of the tech.Thank you!
