Our lemon guarantees are designed to protect you against major breakdowns on the critical comfort system components, including:

Gas Furnace: If the heat exchanger fails on your new furnace within five (5) years of installation, we will replace the entire furnace absolutely FREE. Ask you’re Bayonet comfort consultant for details.

Air Conditioner/Heat Pump: If the compressor fails on your new air conditioner or heat pump within five (5) years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit absolutely FREE. Ask your Bayonet comfort consultant for details.

5-Year Money Back Guarantee
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to five (5) years after installation, Bayonet will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.

5-Year Performance Guarantee
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to five (5) years after installation, Bayonet will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. And, if we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, Bayonet will replace the system with a new system of equal value absolutely free!

Bayonet's Exclusive Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty*
Bayonet offers a lifetime warranty on all non-maintenance repair parts. When we replace a part that is the last time you will ever have to pay for that part again. (Labor will be charged after 1 year.)

* All we require is that you participate in Bayonet's annual maintenance program on the covered equipment to ensure peak performance and maximum efficiency.
