Anthony and Jay did a great job. They had to remove some skirting. Jay went under the mobile home were he was directed.He had to reattach some duct that came loose and taped it in place. He also made sure all of the other duct was secure. They replaced the skirting and made sure it was in place.They were very professional and polite. I am pleased with their work. Installed a new programmable thermostat for our A/C and ran into difficulties. Read reviews on Bayonet Plumbing, Cooling and Heating. Called and was greeted very nicely. Staff was able to schedule that same day. The text message is a nice feature. It advises you of the technician's ETA along with a name and photo. Nelson was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had our system operational within minutes. After the system was operational, he then took the time to further check the system and made adjustments. We were so happy with the service, we purchased the maintenance package.

Corey was on time, explained exactly what he was going to do and why. He installed a new thermostat for me, he had two different ones to chose from, he explained how each one worked, even put batteries in to show what the readings looked like. After I chose one, he told me that it was the one most customers picked, but he didn't tell me until after my choice, that way he did not try to influence my choice. I appreciated that. He cleaned the existing unit both inside and out, showed me how the drain was blocked and he fixed it so it would not happen again. Corey was very knowledgeable , professional, and fast. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Corey to anyone who needs to have the AC serviced. He advised me that the existing unit was older, was showing age, had not been well maintained as there was no evidence of recent servicing. He advised that one part in particular looked like it may have an issue soon. I appreciated his honesty and that he did not try to pressure me into purchasing a new AC unit. I have used Bayonet in my residence for several years, I live in River Ridge. The service today was for my first rental property. I chose Bayonet because of the great service we have received at my residence. Knew I could trust the company to send out a well qualified AC tech just as they had done many times before at my residence. I signed up for the MVP Program for my rental. When it is time to purchase a new AC unit, I plane to purchase it from Bayonet. Thank you for all the great service.
