I've dealt with several people from this company for HVAC work and they have all been great. This includes repair techs, sales, and installation techs.
Unlike many in the trades they show up when they are supposed to and get the work done. They are good communicators which I really appreciate.I will certainly use them again.

The technician Jason Akomer was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. He was very polite, informative, and genuine. He took the time to explain what went wrong, how the plumbing works, and that I was covered under warranty. Highly recommend Jason and Bayonet Plumbing!
An excellent customer experience. Quick delivery and installation. Both technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They explained the process, did their own clean up and were super nice. They both deserve a free lunch from Bayonette. Their quality of service deserves recognition.
My experiences with Bayonet Plumbing & AC have always been excellent. I recently had the me out to replace two kitchen sink water cut off valves. The company communicated before and after. Their tech was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a very timely manner. Any mess created was cleaned up and the left better than when he arrived. He even provided me with some insights on other plumbing jobs I have going on.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of our technician Russell Robinson! He was able to quickly diagnose the issues we were having. I also liked receiving a confirmation text with his picture. I would highly recommend using this company.
Shon did a great job and fixed the other guys mistakes.
Had work done by another company. Sold me $300 thermostat. Cold weather came and auxilary heat would not work. Called Bayonet. Colin diagnosed problem and retwired thermostat correctly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Signed up for MVP plan knowing I would honest and professional service in the future.

I was very happy with Angel Cuesta! His manager, not so much. They botched the install of my dryer vent, when the house was erected, & his managers solution was to drill a hole, find out where the vent was and repair it, OK. But, they are declining to fix the drywall afterwards! Totally unacceptable. Their mistake, they should fix the whole job. I will re-evaluate once the job is done.
Update:
Shayne was here today & problem was fixed. Just need to patch the wall & I will be extremely happy!
