Best decison we made was calling Bayonet! From David's initial quote to JD, Nate and Shawn removing the old unit and installing its replacement. They were timely, efficient and clean! Then the follow up by Kyle and Nate to make sure we were inspection ready. Great job. And last but not least was Nelson. He did the inspection walk through. Again, polite and professional. Bayonet Plumbing and Heating Is the place to call if you are thinking about installing a new system. Thank you Bayonet!
Justin Shanley and Ryan Plath came out to clean my AC ducts and I had them do my dryer vent as well! They were on time, explained everything they were going to do and why. They were very careful with floors and furniture. They vacuumed and made sure everything was very clean and back where it was before they left! I will always have them care for my home!
Jamie LeBron was Very professional, Very polite and fixed our a/c problem right away. It was after 6pm when he showed up and he didn’t make us feel like he was rushing to take care of us and he was in a great, happy mood which made us more relaxed about our situation.
Another reason we stick with Bayonet.

Andrew was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He came within a few hours of my call and fixed my A/C in less than an hour. I highly recommend!!

Alejandro came out to service my HVAC system and he walked me through all of the nuances of how the system functions. He also showed me things to do around the house to help maintain the unit's functionality and longevity. Alejandro was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable and I appreciate the great job that he did. I will definitely be requesting him for my next scheduled maintenance!
Nicole L was great. She was professional, very friendly and considerate during our maintenance service. Explained everything needing our attention and gave us every option.
Bernard Hernandez was a "5" - Excellent.
He was extremely thorough and took extra time to explain things to me. The best technician I've had from Bayonet to date by far. In fact, I enrolled for another 12-month maintenance term and would like Bernard to be "my guy" for the next 2 scheduled services, whenever they may be.
