3/27/2025 - Bayonet continues to do an outstanding job! Todd arrived today to replace 7 of the plastic water control knobs and lines that led to the sink and toilets with stainless steel. No more unexplained dripping! He also resolved a water softener issue I had and shared the benefits of the Plumbing MVP program which I will sign up for going forward. I am so happy to have a plumber I can TRUST! Thank you!
11/21/2024 - I had the ducts cleaned today and Nathaniel did an outstanding job. He was efficient and courteous, respectful of the house and even cleaned up the debris that had fallen as a result of the cleaning. After undergoing construction the past few years, there was a lot of latent dust I'll no longer be breathing in. Thank you!
11/6/2024 - Vasilios installed a replacement UV light for the AC unit and was very courteous, helpful and professional. He was also able to provide insight on the duct cleaning services I didn't realize you offered. Great job, thanks Vasilios!
The initial visit by Sean was thorough and quick. I had been without air for 5 days and he brought a temp unit with him that was a Godsend. Two days later the installers, Chad and Adam, were back with a new furnace. The original estimate was that it would take six hours to install, but it only took five. They were professional, friendly and clearly experts in their field. They were also mindful of my comfort and careful of the carpets and furnishings. After their departure a final visit by Joe to ensure the system was working properly. He was as impressive as the rest of the team and answered all of my questions and ensured I completely understood how to use the furnace. I could not have imagined a better experience!
Update: I had a manufacturer's problem with my air handler and Chris and Cassidy yesterday arrived to replace it. They did a fantastic job, were courteous and professional and completed the job much more quickly than anticipated. I'm grateful as well to the Service area who responded to the issue and helped to resolve the problem with Lennox quickly. I'm a huge Bayonet fan! Thank you!
The latest: Edgardo installed a new faucet in my pedestal sink yesterday. Thankfully I didn't try doing myself! Edgardo did a fabulous job, was very professional and I'm so happy he was assigned to do the job; he clearly knew what he was doing. Thank you!
And more: Another visit from Bayonet for a kitchen sink trap cleanout and repair. Jack and his counterpart did an outstanding job!

The servicemen are great. Dave Boyle serviced our air condition. He was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything. Sometimes more then once. Will continue to use Bayonet Plumbing and Air Conditioning.
