I had such a wonderful experience with Michael! He was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Not only was he professional, but he also managed to get everything fixed perfectly and right on time. It's rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely caring about the work they do. Had a warranty issue on a toilet in our new build. Bayonet was quick and excellent with communication. Tech Shane was sent and arrived on time. He was professional and thorough finding more wrong than I had thought. He was able to fix the situation in a very timely manner. Definite A+
Josh was awesome!! He knew what was wrong with the unit before he got up on the roof!! I was without air for 5 days and he had it working in less than an hour.
