Technician came on time and was very knowledgeable of the issue. He completed the task in orderly manner and cleared up the matter in no time. Would highly recommend and the technician, John P., was great.

We always get amazing service when we call Bayonet. Our technician, John, is great to work with. We always get a text or email when they are on their way and John usually calls also. We are part of their VIP program and feel like it is well worth our money and time.

Frank called before he arrived and was spot on with his eta. He determined the issue in less than a minute (although I was fairly sure it was the fan motor before calling Bayonet). Thankfully he had a replacement motor on the truck and replaced the motor in short order. Turned everything back on and checked that it was all working as expected. He did also check on any warranty but it was original equipment just short of 10 years old so I knew it was unlikely but glad he checked just in case.
