I'm giving 5 stars for my technician, Hernan Chavez. He was not only professional, thorough, and proficient he had a great aura about him. I was upset with the company bc they did not tell me the truth and never got back to me after waiting hours as an emergency situation. So I was upset and Hernan melted my anger almost immediately due to his easy going nature and his respectful, polite attitude. He deserves more than lunch. He deserves a raise. Because of Hernan I signed up for their yearly service. KUDOS to Hernan!
Shane came out yesterday and did an amazing job with my toilet issues. He's very professional, personable, and knows his stuff. Thank you again!
