Jose was amazing, found the problem in less then 5 minutes of being here, said what needed to be done, gave an estimate and got started..... We'd buy him lunch for a month ! Excellent employee in every aspect, friendliness, knowledge and communication, the company is lucky to have him representing them and we were lucky to have him be our technician.

Michael Mahony Took time To level my dishwasher so that the door would close properly and that the bottom rack would not slide in while I was trying to load and unload dishes. The door now closes easily and properly. It also makes for a good appearance when looking at it from the side as now the sides are even all the way up and down. Thank you so much Michael for taking care of this.

Shane was very polite, knowledgeable and showed me the end result of the work. Showed me the parts that were removed and explained how they worked and why they were now faulty.
