He explained everything super well! I can tell he is very experienced and made sure i knew what the issue was. It was an excellent service, he went above and beyond to give me a good service.
Jesus Campos is very nice and respectful. He diagnosed the issue we are having with our sink & he kept our place clean while doing it.
Joseph Banks and assistant were great. Fixed the leak in our sink and ran a pressure test to make sure there were no more leaks. Made sure I knew where water shutoffs were. Very dedicated to the customer and very knowledgeable, excellent job! Then I had a separate issue on a Sunday which required immediate attention. They sent out the same day Victor Pagliari and he knew exactly what the problem was and replaced the lone that went bad. Did a great job getting me back in service, great work by him!
Very happy with the service provided by my Bayonet technician, Andrew Giannino. He let me know he was on him way and arrived a few minutes early which was great since we had things to do. He checked our Heating and AC unit and provided a full verbal report in additional to an email report. Andrew is very knowledgeable and is an asset to Bayonet.
Jason was excellent in communication and customer service. While he was unable to fix the issue he is arranging someone to contact us to do the next step.

Luis did a great job and now my shroud is not bouncing and making lots of noise when the air conditioning is running.
They say 'third time's a charm' and with Josh it was. After 2 previous technicians visited and couldn't provide the service because the first technician didn't put on the service ticket notes related to what was needed, on the third visit Josh provided an excellent service in fixing the dryer vent. Thank you!
