Andrew Giannino, the Bayonet Senior Technician, checked out an issue with my fairly new Bayonet installed HVAC system. He was professional, polite, and maybe most important highly skilled. I shared my concerns with him. He addressed each one explaining to me what was happening, why, and what it would take to correct. I was impressed with his knowledge. He took care of the open issues, explained my periodic maintenance role to flush condensate drain and replace filter. Andrew is not only a skilled professional, but a great ambassador for BAYONET P&H.
