Jeremy and Nabil returned to our home for a service call on our new Lennox A/C. It was reassuring to watch professionals in action as complicated as these things are made. Conformation the unit was not functioning properly made and a follow up to be scheduled once corrective action established with a rush placed on correct parts. The visit was pleasant and educational.
Jalil arrived as scheduled with the correct replacement parts and took the time to take the unit apart, replace the defective parts, flush out the system and recharge with coolant. Tested a/c after completing the task at hand with textbook numbers. A hard days work for sure. Thank you.
Herbert and Davon completed another 5 star service call installing two dampers to redirect air flow to the third underfed duct. Supplies were repeatedly tested throughout the process to achieve the best balance. Nice job guys.
Alex and Sean were very thorough during the install of my sediment filter. Sean flushed the showers and faucets while Alex flushed my water heater. These gentlemen were expedient and knowledgeable about other program Bayonet offers.
