James Gunsch was fantastic! He worked very hard and very quick, unclogged the main pipe and found that the pipe had roots from a palm tree growing. James gave us great insight on what direction the pipe went so we could pin-point which plam tree it was so we could dig and find the break in the line.

We've been a long time bayonet customer. There have been some issues in the past but one thing I can trust is that they stand behind the work. Today really blew me away. James Gunsch was incredible. Super nice, educated me about the process A-Z, and on a SUNDAY! I'm an MVP member with them and glad I am. James deserves some recognition and free lunch for going above and beyond. To be honest everyone that we've had has been awesome. Zachery Bishop did our hot water tank and it's been rock solid.
