Mr Vasilios was great. We are very happy with the service and maintenance provided for our AC units . Thank you.
I contracted a yearly service with Bayonet to do maintenance to my A/C and plumbing system. Great price and service.
Great job
Cleveland Alexander is very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't mind sharing his knowledge with his trainee in tow, but with me, the home owner (customer).
Jack was great! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!
Update 12/3/2025
Just had Salvatore come over the help with the sinks, and it was another great experience. Very helpful and talked to me about what I had made a request for. It was kind of him to take that extra step to help me, and he was a professional the whole time. Thank you!
Edward was very knowledgeable was very polite did the job very clean and professional.
Albert Gonzalez did a great job! He arrived shortly after calling, as Bayonet Plumbing was willing to juggle his schedule to fit me in. He immediately identified the problem which was plumbing related as two faucets on the outside of the house, they were having issues with water continuing to run. Albert replaced both hose bibs and vacuum breakers. He was efficient, cordial, thorough to explain charges and complete the process. The pricing was set by Bayonet for parts and labor, not Albert, which I thought was too high yet it was urgent for me to take care of the issues. I was hoping I would get credit for the house call if I did the job yet it was in addition to the parts and labor. I always have great service with Bayonet Plumbing.. Albert deserves lunch! Please thank him for my service!
Eli did a great job diagnosing and solving our issue. Very professional and thorough.
