Josh Miller could be the most competent a/c service technician that I have ever interacted with. And living in FL my whole life, I have had interacted with a lot. I cannot express the level of knowledge and professionalism that Josh conducts himself with. Top self level service. Bayonet is fortunate to have an individual of this mastery working in their ranks and should take notice of his expertise and promote him to the highest level possible. Should you ever have a service call through Bayonet that includes Josh, you will have nothing to worry about. Thank you Josh for going above & beyond and being better than the rest, you are very rare in today's world.
We love Bayonet. From the office staff to the techs, everyone is so nice to work with. Our technician today, Aaliyah Danzey, was PHENOMENAL. She was very thorough and so informative. She took extra time to make sure our AC unit was running at its optimal level and explained the best ways to care for it. I was really impressed with her knowledge, her work ethic and her kindness. I will be requesting her for future calls. I hope Bayonet realizes what an asset she is to the company and that she is great representative for them.

We had Daniel come to fix a low flow faucet. While here he found a couple other issues that need to be addressed in our new home! So happy that Daniel took the time to notice these issues. He was nice and informative!
