Eugene came and diagnosed the issue with my water heater in the matter of 2 minutes, was fast with the repair and gave his professional opinion on what to expect in the next 2-3 days, although the heater was working when he had finished the repair he noticed a sound that was unfamiliar and he wanted to ensure safety was the top priority so he helped with starting the warranty replacement for the unit. Very professional and knowledgeable overall.
