Gerald Hatfield of Bayonet replaced a water heater under warranty. He was very knowledgable and kept us appraised every step of the way. When he ran into an issue with the new unit he called the manufacturer's tech support and worked through the issue very effectively until it was totally resolved. I would highly recommend Gerald!
Yariel was professional, left no mess and fixed the problem in 5 minutes
