There have been so many bad plumbers that I have called and when I needed service from a plumber, I decided to call the company that I knew were super professional and can do any job. So I called the one that our builder used when they built my house, which was Bayonet Plumbing. I needed a spigot replaced on the outside of my home near my pool equipment. It turns out that the hose I used became permanently fused to existing spigot. In addition, the handle of the existing spigot would just spin in circles and never turn off and therefore was constantly leaking and caused the hose to rupture when in the off position. So I was in quite a quandary! I figured there was no option than to replace the spigot, and I knew I needed an experienced plumber and a professional company, so I called Bayonet. They were able to send someone that afternoon, thank goodness! My service person was Kirk Boudiere. I considered this to be somewhat of a major job since they would have to drill into my house to remove the spigot, However, Kirk assured me that it would not be a problem and it would only take him about 20 minutes or so. All I can say is he did a fabulous job, and I have a brand-new working spigot on the side of my house, with very minimal damage to my exterior wall.
I am absolutely pleased with Kirk's excellent service, and also his Professionalism and speed! I highly recommend Bayonet Plumbing and Kirk, and will only call Bayonet from this point forward! On a scale from one to five stars, I'd give Kirk 10 stars! And I give Bayonet 10 stars also! This is the company that you can trust!

I have been using Bayonet for my HVAC for 12 years. They have never disappointed. Their technicians are clean, well spoken and knowledgeable. The team that answers the phone listen 1st to understand my needs and the coordinate/schedule a tech for a service call. Finally I have found the pricing to be fair and reasonable.

Keanu was the technician that help us at the house with our AC unit. He was very polite and professional. He also showed me what the problem was and fixed it immediately.

When our air conditioning suddenly stopped working on a Sunday, Jesus Patino from Bayonet Plumbing and Heating came to serve it -within just three hours of our call. Jesus quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in no time. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. We couldn't have asked for better service, especially on a weekend. Highly recommend Jesus and the Bayonet team for anyone in need of a reliable company.
Brogan came out and did a FANTASTIC job. Not only was he quick and well knowledgeable, he took the time to answer my questions and and explain what he did right down to the difference in voltage meter readings. 10/10 would recommend

They sent a picture and eta of the Tech coming out. I really liked that. He was very respectful and seemed knowledgeable. Did not take too long to check everything out and presented a detailed invoice. It had the replacement air conditioner information that I could look up on line. The whole appointment was very well done. I should also note that I did not purchase from Bayonet since I am not confident in Goodman Air Conditioners. Which is the one I had been using for the last 15 years. Never quite worked right for me. The people and company were great.
Shane T. was Awesome, He showed up on a holiday weekend, late, end of shift 8pm, was super polite and happy to be there. Very Professional. He was prompt, figured out the problem very quickly, Used a lot of equipment to keep our house clean. Was super cool. Thanks Bayonet!! Thanks Shane.
