This young man was very polite and clear on what needed to be done and what he would do if I agreed to his assessment of the issue. He was on time, considerate and took care of our issue.
I offered him a soft drink or water and he politely declined. I would be happy to have him come back and do the routine service for us in the future.

My technician Jeremy is very professional. He put extra efforts to find out the problem on my AC unit. He explain the problem clearly so that I can understand the whole situation. Break down on AC is almost panicking event but his gentle, friendly and professional approach made me comfortable. I have cold air again! Thank you Jeremy and Bayonet:)

Elizier Evariste did a great job on AC repair. He knows what he is doing, is very polite and informative. He explained all of his repairs to my wife and I. I give him a big 5 , he did an excellent job.

Elizier was awesome! He took the time to make sure everything was done properly and even went the extra mile to do more work asked of him at the end, with a smile and very professional. He did great work, very courteous, explained everything that was wrong, gave us information on what to do from this point on. He helped us with a totally disconnected pvc pipe and a wet broken ceiling. Elizier definitely deserves a free lunch!
