I've been a loyal Bayonette customer for 12 years, with two service visits annually, and today's AC service was the best I've ever experienced. The serviceman, Hernan Chavez, was punctual, detail-oriented, and thorough. He identified and resolved multiple issues and installed two new components with skill and efficiency. He answered all my questions with expertise and patience, leaving me completely confident in the work performed. This visit has raised the bar for service excellence—thank you, Bayonette, for maintaining such high standards!

We've used Bayonet for a few years now, we highly recommend it! Jose Torres has been our technician for the last couple visits, he is great. Jose pays close attention to detail, is very courteous, and takes his time in completing his inspections. We will continue to use Bayonet and hopefully they are aware of what a great employee they have in Jose Torres.

Jeremy has been awesome in reviewing the diagnosis provided by the earlier technician and put his experience rightly and identified that the diagnosis is not right and identified the actual cause.
From the instance Jeremy looked at my HVAC system he was confident that the diagnosis is not right and saved a ton of money for me by doing the right fix.
