Bayonet Plumbing sent Jose Puente to take care of an undersink leak issue. He is not a rookie, knew exactly what needed done, did it quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with the job Jose did plus he was friendly, not messy and gave me great advise about my garbage disposal, do's and don't. Thank you Bayonet and Jose.
The entire crew was very polite and professional. Every single one of them introduced themselves as they came in and thanked us as they left. They did a thorough job of cleaning up both inside and outside. I will highly recommend Bayonet and will definitely use them again when needed.
Daniel, was very respectful with out being ask he saw our shoes at the front door so he removed his. He was meticulous with his work and cleaned as he worked. He appears to be a great asset to your company. Thank you for sending as our tech

10/30/2025 Had slow drains and poor flush on all three toilets. Called Bayonet in the a.m. and they set the appt for p.m. on the same day. Trey called to let me know he was on the way. Took a few minutes to hear our concerns and got to work inside plunging, then quoted us a price for eventually having to go outside and "shake a snake" through the main. The clog was relieved, we tested all of the drains and he was on his way to the next call. Much appreciated his professionalism and friendly manner. Thanks.
Bayonet gave us a window of 8am-12pm to remove/replace a cracked toilet. Alejandro called that morning and let us know that his arrival time would be in about 90 minutes. He arrived as promised and got quickly to work removing old bowl. Unfortunately replacement bowl had a defect so after a short discussion with managemet. He will be back again! Much appreciation for his professionalism!
Just had Bayonet back 4/2024 for a sink drain repair, Edgardo Garay kept us informed of his slight delay and made the job look easy. Much appreciated!
