I'm giving 5 stars for my technician, Hernan Chavez. He was not only professional, thorough, and proficient he had a great aura about him. I was upset with the company bc they did not tell me the truth and never got back to me after waiting hours as an emergency situation. So I was upset and Hernan melted my anger almost immediately due to his easy going nature and his respectful, polite attitude. He deserves more than lunch. He deserves a raise. Because of Hernan I signed up for their yearly service. KUDOS to Hernan!
My Plummer went out of his way to fix my issues with my bathroom! Well worth the money I spent and will definitely use Bayonet plumbing again in the future!
