Alejandro was right on time today and was friendly and professional. He recommended an infrared light after showing me the moisture and mold in our unit and installed it before he left (no waiting for another appointment). Alex Roca is efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He found where we had a leak in our plumbing and repaired it. We didn't know we had a problem until our water utility company emailed us and told us they detected a continuous water flow which indicated a problem. We would never have found it without Alex and Brogan. Alex was like a leak detective. We have been very pleased with all the technicians from Bayonet. We renew our Bayonet HVAC & Plumbing contract each year.
