I cannot say enough good things about or Service Tech, Frank Bowe. Talk about going above and beyond... because of a busy day, Frank didn't role in until 10pm. But, he went straight to work and was as pleasant as can be. Even after 11:00 when the job was completed, he took the time to walk us through some preventative maintenance tips and other good advice.

Bayonet was prompt and courteous when it came to my AC problem. As one would expect in Florida, if the AC is down it could get pretty uncomfortable in ones own home. Raul was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. I'm back to living in an "igloo" which is how I like to live! Great service!

5 Star review ! My ac went out while I was at work the temperature reached 90 degrees with my pregnant fiancé at home with my 2 year old. Fernando and Angel came in a timely manner , and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They fixed the problem even went around opening my vents while explaining all the routine maintenance I should follow up on. It doesn't sound like much but Angel and Fernando really made me feel like they cared and just wanted my family to be comfortable. Bayonet really has some great team members in the two of them. Great job thank you very much.
