Tech Joel Alvarez installed my new Carrier AC unit and it was a delight having this young man in my home. He was professional, very friendly and provided helpful information throughout the day regarding household air cleaning and general maintenance of the AC unit he installed. The installation work took much of the day, and when he finished, he cleaned the area he was responsible for very well. We thank you for a job well done.
