Kenny Dudgeon is an excellent technician, friendly, knowledgeable and definitely experienced. He was respectful and answered all my questions. He recognized that the AC unit needed a through cleaning. He removed the internal blower unit and manually gave it a through cleaning. He also installed a UV light to prevent biologic growth. We showed him where the ceiling supply vents were leaving a trail of material, mostly dust but possibly with other contaminants as well. Without any hesitation he cleaned the ceiling after cleaning the AC unit. He definitely went above & beyond. I will definitely request Kenny Dudgeon for any future needed AC service. Thank you Kenny!
