Justin plunged into action and resolved our electric water heater issue lickety-split.
Shane was courteous and knowledgeable, made me fell very comfortable as plumbing is clearly out of my wheel house. Explained everything including helpful tips for maintenance. Showed up on time and very professional. Level of service was above and beyond which is hard to find today, will certainly be working with Shane Thomas and Bayonet again for any issues in the future if this is the level of service standard I can expect especially in this economy

I can't say enough great things about the incredible service we received from Jose when he came out to repair our office HVAC system. From the moment he arrived, Jose was professional, courteous, and clearly an expert in his field. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and got straight to work with a level of focus and care that was truly impressive.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He not only fixed the issue quickly but also went above and beyond by inspecting the system for potential future problems and giving us helpful maintenance tips to keep things running smoothly.
