Brogan was here today to replace a hose bib. He is knowledgeable and professional. The bib was replaced quickly and the area around it on the house is perfect. We have always been very happy with the service and the people from Bayonet
The technician , Orlando, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail so I understood the maintenance work that was done. He also showed me in real time the condition of the heat pump before and after the work. Additional work needed to be done and he made sure I understood the need for that added work. He is definitely an asset to Bayonet. I hope and pray I can have him come for all my maintenance and service needs.
Kevin was quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that was going on. He also gave me some tips and recommendations to prevent it from happening again.
