My issue is still not resolved but I have to write a review for the two gentleman that just left my home. We're having an issue with condensation in our dryer in our new build home. We are still under warranty so builders have already sent the roofers, the appliance company, and now the HVAC company to try to figure it out. Michael Castro and Robert Milligan have got to be some of the kindest, most professional service technicians I've ever dealt with. Even though they had never seen our issue before, they cared enough to try to figure out why. I think this is truly all a homeowner can hope for when it comes to a service call. Someone who CARES enough to try to solve the issue we're having. They did have to escalate it to their service manager and I'm waiting to hear back (as this was a later service call!), but they were beyond courteous, friendly, and compassionate. They did everything they could to try to get to the bottom of our issue and even though it's a temporary mystery, they were not satisfied with leaving it as such. I truly appreciate their time. We had two scheduled appointments yesterday for routine maintenance, one for HVAC and the other for plumbing. Both men that came out were extremely thorough, and went over and above to add value. In the plumbing side, he even cleaned the shower heads for better water flow. Communication prior to the visits were excellent as well.
I had an excellent experience with Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning from start to finish. The salesperson was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions.
The crew who came out to do the work was equally impressive. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, and did an excellent job. I really appreciated the care they took while working in my home and how smoothly the entire process went.
It's refreshing to work with a company where you have a positive experience from the initial consultation all the way through completion of the job.
