Good Morning! Bayonet, In this ever changing world most people struggle to find reliable & trustworthy companies. My wife and I feel grateful and blessed to have Bayonet as a company we can trust and rely on for all of our HVAC & Plumbing needs. We just recently upgraded our HVAC system. From the time I called and spoke to Mike Fisher researching a new system on a weekend providing a proposal to install with warranties and cost savings was instantaneous! Scheduling with 'Elizabeth' with a peace of mind knowing that we were being taken care of gave my wife and I a sense of security. Communication throughout the process was outstanding! Then the day came for installation. Our Bayonet installation technician arrived at our home at 8am sharp. Joel Alvarez went right to work! His approach was flawless, well thought out, a true mechanic, and a constant professional! He explained every single step of his well thought out plan! His process should be shown and taught in a training classroom or a training video! How he carried himself, how he represented Bayonet, and ultimately himself & his family was with the highest of integrity! Knowledgable, Respectful, Helpful, Kind, & Courteous are just a few attributes that come to mind, but I can truly go on & on! Bayonet is a Great Company, but without people like Elizabeth, Mike, and most definitely Joel Alvarez it would just be another HVAC company. Great People make Great Companies! had a pretty existing issue on home I just bout. home inspector missed it. Not only did I get same day service from Bayonetta. It was late night dark outside. They had another crew come out to fix issue next day. Wasn't a typical easy fix. The team was awesome. highly recommend them.
The technician was beyond fantastic!! This was a bi annual maintenance and he took time to inspect everything, fixed several things, cleaned it up and spent time showing us some maintenance things we need to do
Came right out .. fixed the air conditioner problem in no time … tech was wonderful - he's the BEST!
The tech found out what our issue was and now is resolved. Nice friendly technician.
