We had ongoing issues with our AC. Several companies came out, but no one could figure out the complex combination of issues causing our unique problems except Frank from Bayonet! It took him several trips and really analyzing the details to figure out two separate issues that were working together to cause our problem. All of the normal tests HVAC companies do kept coming back within parameters. But Frank dug deeper. He really listened to me and he thought outside the box. Finally, he solved it! Amazing!
Things went nice and each from appointment to the technician assuring me that every is good. There should be no worries. The technician was very knowledgeable, very polite. He explained what was going on and what he was doing.
