Bryan Henry and his team did a spectacular job on my AC system. Extremely knowledgeable and offered alot of information and support to allow me to better take care of my system. Extremely professional, polite, and friendly.

A year ago, my blower to ac needed to be replaced, while they were very profession and fast service, I recently on 5/7/2023 received an error message on my nest thermostat stating low voltage. My ac unit is set up to power my nest thermostat. I made an appointment that night for a technician to come take a look at everything. The technician stated he did not see anything wrong except that the wiring behind my thermostat was not fully connected. He reconnected everything and all seemed to work. After 2 days, I experienced the same issue(made new appointment on 5/10/2023). The same technician came back, I explained that it was working for several days and getting the same message. He took a look again and then apologized that the red wire should have been placed in the RC socket instead of the RH socket and that he should have caught that and apologized. He reconnected everything to the right sockets and everything was working again. Shortly after he left my furnace started to make noises..and everything completely shut down. While my technician was very professional and did not complain about having to come back to the same issue...this is unacceptable to have call 3 times. I have missed hours at work and not getting paid.
Update: I received a new technician to help me with my ac issue. Jason came to my rescue and was extremely professional. He quickly diagnosed the the issue and showed me what he was testing. My thermostat issue was not my thermostat but my coils freezing up and shutting off the system. I was also very low on Freon which he said could cause my coils to freezing up. While he fixed my issue a new issue came up where my motor inside my furnace failed right after he left but Jason said he would come back to replace my motor which is under warranty. Thank you Jason!
New update: this company continues to amaze me for thier professionalism and ability to hire amazing technicians!! 12/11/2025 I had John Athansiadis come to fix and issue and was professional nice and awesome technician. The original diagnosis was done by Josh who diagnosed the issue super quickly. Both technicians were amazing!!

Jeremy came at the determined time and was very thorough with his work. He explained each issue individually and showed me what was being done. He ensured that items that were covered by the warranty were included. His work was done timely and quietly. I highly recommend him for future needs if they ever rise.
