Alberto was great. He arrived a few minutes after calling me to say he was on his way. Once here he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He explained things along the way and made sure everything was working properly. I will always ask for Alberto when calling Bayonet.
Bob was AWESOME, now I feel like a nitwit as I always tip Great service calls, but I forgot, so Please buy him lunch because I meant to.
