While the timing of an AC unit going out during a heat advisory couldn't have been worse, Bayonet, specifically Jesus, was a great help and went above and beyond getting our AC unit back up and running
Luciano, is the ultimate master!!! He was Punctual and friendly. He explained what he was doing. He walked me through what was an issue with my water heater. Although the water heater was new, the wiring was not in place properly, and he fixed this issue. I also had a leak in my shower. He replaced the cartridge, and even though that was an added expense, it was worth it. I stayed to watch him replace the cartridge, which was quite tedious, as the last cartridge had not been changed to my home of 10 years. I truly appreciate his professionalism, and I hope to have the same quality service. The next time I call out for Bayonet. Thank you again, Luciano!!!
Sal was my technician who was absolutely awesome. The communication with arrival time was great and accurate. Sal was friendly, clean, neat and professional. He definitely knows what he is doing.
Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful.

John was absolutely amazing. Arrived on time and went to solve the issue right away. He knew exactly what happened within 2 minutes of hearing about the problem. Within ext few minutes John had our system cooling. The professionalism of John was unmatched.
The plumber that came out Jack Fitch was amazing! He showed up right when expected and cleared our bathroom clog without issue. I was nervous trying a new company, but as soon as I talked to Jack I knew I called the right place. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable in his craft, if we ever need a plumber again not only would I call Bayonet, but I would request Jack specifically!
Absolutely thrilled with the amazing and genuine service from Shawn and Jason today. They both were very professional and gave plenty of information about the unit and the work they were doing. I would recommend Bayonet to anyone that needs any service regarding AC units. Also shout out to Andrew for setting me up with Bayonet and Mike for doing the estimate and explaining my options.
