We used Bayonet for our first system HCAC maintenance on our new home. The technician was Orlando who found an issue and corrected it immediately. Will definitely use Bayonet and especially Orlando for all future needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed of every step. Thank you to Bayonet and especially, Orlando.
Patrick our tech was wonderful! He called us to inform us when he would be arriving. Loved that he wore booties into our home.He informed us of everything that was going on!
We are MVP members so this was our yearly check up. We will ask for Patrick the next time we need service!
Great response time, and they finished the repairs ahead of schedule. All involved with getting us up and running were professional, easy to talk to, and informative.
Andrew Courter is an amazing technician. He was very efficient and brought to our attention that we had a hard start system, even though we were under the impression that a soft start had been installed in June 2026.
When the technician arrived in June, he said he didn't know that he was installing a soft start that day and wasn't sure if he had one in his truck. After checking, he said he did, when in fact he did not. Instead, he installed a hard start. Why he did that, I have no idea.
Andrew was efficient enough to call the office and speak with management. He then let us know that you are ordering the soft start kit and will notify us when it comes in to your office so we can schedule the installation. If Andrew had not brought this to our attention, we would never have known.
In addition to being thorough and efficient, Andrew was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely happy doing his job. We need more people like Andrew in this world. If we could always have him as our technician, that would be awesome.
The communication was great, the customer service agent i talked with was very helpful and the technician was fast and friendly.
