Explain easy to understand
We had two service calls which were scheduled for yesterday. One for plumbing(James), a/c check (Jacque). Both were very professional and thorough in their respective areas of expertise. Nothing wrong with the plumbing, so, James had a shorter visit. Jacque came as James was leaving did a thorough job on the a/c handlers and then performed the service on the a/c units themselves. This is more time consuming. All in all, both were personable, polite, knowledgeable and answered all questions. Bravo to both of them, assets to their company.
I have the maintenance plan through Baronet for my air conditioner. Brandon J., excellent technician, did a very thorough job evaluating my air conditioner and explaining everything to me. He also took pictures and shared them with me. He was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable!!
I cannot praise Joel Alvarez enough for the incredible work he did installing my new HVAC system. What should've been a standard installation turned into a grueling 15 hour marathon starting at 9 AM and wrapping up right around midnight.
Due to the previous owners installer, cutting corners, my old unit was put in incorrectly, creating a massive, unexpected headache for Joel. Instead of rushing or taking shortcuts to save time, Joel handled the adversity like a true professional. He was deeply knowledgeable, a complete straight shooter, and meticulously ensured every single detail was set up strictly to code.
It's rare to find someone with such incredible work ethic, integrity, and dedication to doing things the right way. I am so grateful to have had Joel as my technician, and if I could specifically request him for all future maintenance and servicing, I would in a heartbeat
Gary did a great job cleaning and servicing our HVAC. I don't think it's his decision, but the problem was his lingering afterwards with report writing that he had to do. I felt it interrupted our afternoon as we had lots of errands to do. other than that, everything was great
Excellent customer service from the technicians arrival to completion of service.. 100% recommended.
