Had great HVAC service today. Good communication to confirm time of appointment. Good updates about ETA. Two technicians showed up, and worked as a team to do all the checks and reviews. Gave me a thorough report of my system, and confirmed that all was working very well.
Eaven Wells was the technician who came to take care of the a/c which wasn't functioninf properly. I received updates regarding his arrival and he was at the beginning of the time window I expected. He was efficient and polite and had us running quickly. We have the service contract which has served us well. I recommend them highly.
Jack was an awesome guy. Went well above and beyond. This technician is very knowledgeable and helpful. Need more men like him is this world that we live in. Just for his service yesterday,this man deserves a week paid vacation!!! Excellent job dude!!!
