The technician , Orlando, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail so I understood the maintenance work that was done. He also showed me in real time the condition of the heat pump before and after the work. Additional work needed to be done and he made sure I understood the need for that added work. He is definitely an asset to Bayonet. I hope and pray I can have him come for all my maintenance and service needs.
Kevin was quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that was going on. He also gave me some tips and recommendations to prevent it from happening again.
I had an exceptional experience with Angel Cuesta. His attention, professionalism, and level of service were absolutely outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with the work he provided and with the way he handled everything from beginning to end.
It is rare to receive this level of customer service, and I truly wanted to make sure his excellent work was recognized. Angel went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service from Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.
Thank you again for the amazing service!

Awesome guy ?????? Absolutely great Tec
Yetsiel Sanabria did an EXCELLENT job! He gave my A/C unit the most thorough deep cleaning I have seen in the 7 years I've been using MVP. Most technicians I've had in the past have only done the basic maintenance, but Yetsiel took the time to truly clean the inside unit and did an outstanding job.
He also went outside and gave the same level of care and attention to the outdoor unit. His work, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out.
Yetsiel is a friendly, respectful, hardworking young man, and I could not recommend him more highly. He is truly outstanding! I would absolutely like to request Yetsiel for my next A/C maintenance appointment.
Thank you, Yetsiel, for taking such pride in your work! ?????
