John was absolutely amazing. Arrived on time and went to solve the issue right away. He knew exactly what happened within 2 minutes of hearing about the problem. Within ext few minutes John had our system cooling. The professionalism of John was unmatched.
The plumber that came out Jack Fitch was amazing! He showed up right when expected and cleared our bathroom clog without issue. I was nervous trying a new company, but as soon as I talked to Jack I knew I called the right place. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable in his craft, if we ever need a plumber again not only would I call Bayonet, but I would request Jack specifically!
Absolutely thrilled with the amazing and genuine service from Shawn and Jason today. They both were very professional and gave plenty of information about the unit and the work they were doing. I would recommend Bayonet to anyone that needs any service regarding AC units. Also shout out to Andrew for setting me up with Bayonet and Mike for doing the estimate and explaining my options.
Andrew arrived earlier than the office stated, which was pleasant. Andrew was pleasant and professional.
I have been with Bayonet for 5 years now...on the loyalty plan... which even with a new home, it still pays.
My issue is still not resolved but I have to write a review for the two gentleman that just left my home. We're having an issue with condensation in our dryer in our new build home. We are still under warranty so builders have already sent the roofers, the appliance company, and now the HVAC company to try to figure it out. Michael Castro and Robert Milligan have got to be some of the kindest, most professional service technicians I've ever dealt with. Even though they had never seen our issue before, they cared enough to try to figure out why. I think this is truly all a homeowner can hope for when it comes to a service call. Someone who CARES enough to try to solve the issue we're having. They did have to escalate it to their service manager and I'm waiting to hear back (as this was a later service call!), but they were beyond courteous, friendly, and compassionate. They did everything they could to try to get to the bottom of our issue and even though it's a temporary mystery, they were not satisfied with leaving it as such. I truly appreciate their time. Thank you Michael, thank you Robert!
