I just want to thank the AC tech that came to our home, Orlando C., for taking a thorough look at our unit and figuring out what the issue was. He fixed it, and ran it for a bit to confirm that it was working without issue.
We were without AC for over a week due to waiting 2 days for a tech to come out to do an initial diagnosis, as well as the ordering of a part (took another 4 days) and it appeared that the part that was ordered and replaced wasn't even the issue. Orlando installed the part and the issue persisted, but he was able to determine the true cause and now our AC is back in working order.
