Eugene came and diagnosed the issue with my water heater in the matter of 2 minutes, was fast with the repair and gave his professional opinion on what to expect in the next 2-3 days, although the heater was working when he had finished the repair he noticed a sound that was unfamiliar and he wanted to ensure safety was the top priority so he helped with starting the warranty replacement for the unit. Very professional and knowledgeable overall.
They went above and beyond and came out to service our AC at 11pm on a Friday night. This was extremely appreciated since it's the middle of summer in Florida. Thank you!

Technician was very personable and professional. Very detail oriented. Explained step by step what he was doing and made sure he showed me pics of what needed to be done and pics of the completed process.
We are members of their MVP program so Bayonet comes twice a year to check are AC units. Cameron was the technician who came this time and he was wonderful. He checked and explained everything that he did. He was polite and respectful and very knowledgeable.
We are very pleased with Bayonet and will continue using them.
Cameron was truly one of the best technicians we ever had. We will be requesting him for our next AC check up inspection
