We've had a great experience so far with Bayonet Plumbing & AC. We had a weird noise in our air handler and it is now fixed thanks to Gabriel S. He first came out to diagnose the problem and had to order a few parts. Luckily he was the same tech that came out the second time to install them. It was nice having the same tech who already knew what was happening and a tech that was courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
Great service! They were on time and figured out the problem quickly and took the time to explain when I asked questions.
Gabriel did a great job replacing a HVAC Air Intake Frame. He provided details concerning the intake filter and answered several questions about a interior thermostat replacement option(s) for the HVAC system. He was knowledgable, pleasant and efficient!!!
