Very professional and friendly
Had a problem with our AC unit, on a 90 degree day. Bayonet was able to get someone on the job in a timely manner. The technician, Ulysses was knowledgeable, fast, friendly and able to get our AC unit up and running in no time!
Jeremy diagnosed the problem a week ago and ordered the part needed as a rush and was able to install it today. Jeremy is very pleasant and he did an excellent job.
One more five star rating this time for Todd. Bayonet and all of their tax continue to exceed our expectations. They are timely, professional, friendly, and complete the job the first time. Wish everyone was this good. Todd was a pleasure to work with.
