Great service overall
I was very happy with Shane today for his professional work. He gave me the cost upfront, was very polite and explained clearly what he was doing and what the problem was with our faucets. I would recommend him to work on all of your plumbing needs.
I had a kitchen faucet replaced. Our technician Michael Mahony did an awesome job. He was very professional and took a minute to explained how the parts could wear out and what to check. Thank you for replacing our faucet .
The plumber was prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job repairing our leaking water line. I highly recommend Bayonet and especially this employee, Sean.

Michael Mahony was outstanding, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining the work being performed. His workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and he represented Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning extremely well.
The only recommendation I would offer is at the administrative and operational level: providing Michael with an assistant or additional support could help expedite the job and improve overall efficiency, especially given the scope of work. This is not a reflection on his performance, he did an excellent job, but rather an opportunity for the company to further enhance service delivery, grow its customer, and secure retention for great employee.
I would absolutely request Michael again and highly recommend him to others.
Had work done by another company. Sold me $300 thermostat. Cold weather came and auxilary heat would not work. Called Bayonet. Colin diagnosed problem and retwired thermostat correctly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Signed up for MVP plan knowing I would honest and professional service in the future.
Shon did a great job and fixed the other guys mistakes.
