I had an MVP AC tune-up. Scott arrived promptly with in the window of the appointment and got right to work. He was quick, thorough and efficient. He was done before I knew it and checked to see if I had any questions. He also informed me that this was my last appointment on my MVP contract and did I want to renew now or later. I've always renewed since Bayonet installed the system 15 years ago. My HVAC system has reliably on the job ever since.

We had a Patriot Carbon air purifier and a TechPure filter media cabinet installed. They were to install a Honeywell filter, but brought a different brand instead. The price was $400 over my signed estimate, but the installer resolved that issue. Other than those things, the installation seemed to be done carefully.
