Joel Alvarez from Bayonet is a true asset to the company. He took the time to explain the problem, walked me through the installation process and ensured I have a cold blowing ac before he left. Joel is courteous and neat. He did a top notch job.

I want to leave a review acknowledging the professional service our HVAC technician Andrew Novak gave us today. I called for service after hours on a Thursday night, and didn't receive service until Saturday afternoon. I was a little annoyed with the process not blaming anyone at Lennar Homes Service or Bayonet for pushing me back on the service call when the inside of my new construction home was 82degrees for two days because Andrew showed concern and professionalism. He educated us on our unit, and fixed a coil that was burnt out. Thank you Andrew for all you do especially when it took over 1.5 hours to get to us. Exceptional services goes a long way, and it showed today.

After serious AC issues with another company, we hired Bayonet to give us an unbiased second opinion as to what was going on. Our previous company said we had two leaks and recommended new units on our new construction house that is barely three years old.
I have to give a huge shout out to our technician David. He was so kind, genuine, professional. He took his time to run through proper diagnostic testing such as a dye test to figure out the actual issue. Winded up being a minor repair.
We are so happy with David and will only use Bayonet from now on. They are a class act!
Mr. Brian Caffrey was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough investigation to diagnose our issue, he gave us a bandaid to fix our immediate issue of hot water until the replacement hot water heater can be scheduled. (I already knew due to the age of our current Hot water heater that a new one was going to be the solution). I was very impressed! Thank you!
Called Bayonet Plumbing about a water leak they were out the same day within a couple of hours the plumber who came was very courteous and went right to work to repair the problem I will definitely call Bayonet Plumbing in the future.
Technician was excellent. Professional, proficient and was able to walk me through some things I can do to help my AC system in the Summer

12/18/25 Collin did my semiannual HVAC maintenance. Great service, takes the worry off my shoulders about my system.
New review added to old one since Google won't let me do a new one.. 6/13/25; Bill was great. Did my HVAC maintenance. Was running late but got a call telling me that with the option to reschedule.
