Customer service was very prompt with scheduling our appointment after filling out the contact form online. Travis was friendly, SUPER helpful, and knowledgeable about the issue we were having. We have not had any issues since he came to fix it. We would specifically request him every time for plumbing services if we could.
Bayonet missed the first scheduled appointment. The rep I spoke was very apologetic and rescheduled the appointment at our convenience and made us the first call for the technician. Francisco Flores was vey professional and informative. He did a thorough job inspecting and cleaning out the AC equipment inside and outside the house.
Our technician Jose Ramos gave great attention to detail at our maintenance appt and explained what he did and why, as well as what we could do to improve or prevent situations in the future.
My kitchen sink was clogged and Jack Fitch did a great job at clearing it out. He also fixed my clogged shower drain and my fixture coming out of the wall had a micro-crack so he fixed that and one of the bathroom sinks was clogged. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing as he went along each area.
05/13/26 - update - William came out and serviced my a/c and did a great job. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable company. There prices are competitive.
