Outstanding Service from Jack Fitch – Highly Recommended!
Jack Fitch from Batonet recently replaced our water heater under warranty, and I couldn't be more satisfied. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, Jack patiently answered all my (many!) questions, explaining each step of the process clearly and thoroughly.
He is extremely detail-oriented and accurate, ensuring the entire installation was done with care and precision. At the end, he gave me helpful instructions, advice, and suggestions on how to get the best performance and longevity from our new water heater.
His skills, experience, and professionalism truly stood out — I received full satisfaction with his work. I would gladly recommend Jack to anyone and absolutely hope to have him again for any future A/C or plumbing issues.

The Technician (Mr Kahn) was awesome!!! He is great and someone the company should recognize and reward!
The only reason I scored them a 4 out of 5… was that The AI robot "voice" that answers the customer service phone calls for information - was not a good experience! The real person I talked to was fantastic.
Note: The best part of the AI robot experience was when I asked the AI robot "are you a robot?" and it couldn't answer my question! LOL
