Jose is an awesome service representative. He takes the time to fully explain the issue. Jose also shows you the test readings and explains what it should be.

This is very honest review. If you would have asked me in February what i would have gave this company it would have been a negative 5 because there were issues with my ac that noone could figure out.
However, the techs kept trying and even the management was very nice and they didn't stop until there was a resolution. My experience with the techs and management who knew what they were doing were great. Now it's a 5 star for me
