This is very honest review. If you would have asked me in February what i would have gave this company it would have been a negative 5 because there were issues with my ac that noone could figure out.
However, the techs kept trying and even the management was very nice and they didn't stop until there was a resolution. My experience with the techs and management who knew what they were doing were great. Now it's a 5 star for me
He was great. Went step by step as to what he was doing. Very pleasant to talk with. He's a KEEPER. YOU NEED TO BUY HIM LUNCH AND DINNER.

James did an exceptional job with the installation of my new water heater in my home. He was knowledgeable and he took the time to explain what he was going to do. He efficiently replaced the old the water heater for a new one. I would recommend James and Bayonet Plumbing to friend and neighbors.
Andrew is an excellent Technician. He is very knowledgeable, patience, efficient and customer friendly. He worked through every aspect of the issue and was successful with rectifying the issue. He remained on the job to make sure everything was working properly and to my satisfaction.
Bayonet has always provided good service. And Andrew is a value add to the service team and the company.
Came out to service our unit after hearing a loud noise coming from outside unit, our technician arrived and diagnosed the problem and was able to provide a quote on the spot and get it fixed right then. Definitely will use again.
