Did a good job got our air conditioner up and running he was apologetic about how long it took but we were fine with that thank you!!!
I wanted to add to this I went in after a month of my service to change my air filter and to my disappointment found out that my air filter was never changed on that added extra service that I pay for and it's specifically supposed to be changed so yeah a little disappointed and downgrading.
I should have double checked after they did it but I put too much trust sometimes
