May 4 2026 - Eiler Natal was dispatched to identify and repair a water leak. Eiler is an incredible person and plumber. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable (28 years experience), demonstrates an excellent work ethic, and is extremely courteous. I'm glad to know Bayonet has Eiler on their team.

We had a leak of condensation in one of the mini splits. We had called Bayonet twice before but the problem recurred. This time 2 men were dispatched and they repaired a problem in the drain line. Since the problem was due to faulty installation, they charged us nothing. Third time is the charm.
Our technician was fabulous and took really good care of us!
