Jose Ramos on the service side at Bayonet, was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He removed his shoes prior to entering our home (we did not have to request) and got to work! He explained the process and the outcomes. Based on his work and his attitude towards us, I will be purchasing a AC Maintenance plan with Bayonet. I rarely give 5 Stars and wish I could give Jose 10 Stars, his attitude and professionalism is shines through, he is an asset to Bayonet.
