Will definitely use bayonet in the future. The technician Josh was thorough explained everything in detail to me asked if I had any other questions. I was kept in the loop as to when he would arrive and was extremely pleased about this.
The technician after a full day working arrived and was clean cut his appearance was professional he greeted me with his name. Was extremely impressed. I've always said a maintenance program in the past and moving I selected another maintenance program. I'm pleased to say that I don't have to worry about when they're becoming I've scheduled it out for the year and they will notify me and text, email or by phone.
Bayonet is a great company. We had our AC and plumbing done by them. Very professional and excellent work was done. After we moved back in, Nelson came out and explained how our new AC system worked and how to use the thermostat and the phone app correctly. Nelson was very patient and answered all our concerns and questions. Would highly recommend!

Shon Thomas came out to reinstall our toilet after a tile repair job. He walked in and immediately felt like he was an old friend coming to visit. He gave us a call when he was about a hour away and was promptly on schedule and completed the job quickly and efficiently. It really made a difference in not losing my day off waiting around. I don't ever wish for plumbing issues, but I know if I ever had them-I'd request him by name ??

Jack Finch came to perform our MVP Annual Plumbing check and he could not have been more polite and efficient. He also had to do a repair to one of our toilets. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

David Perez checked our system
And performed maintenance according to contract. He then gave us information on extending the warranty on our AC unit for up to 10 years at what we thought was a decent price. He also installed a surge protector on our unit to protect it from possible lightening strikes which was included under the new maintenance contract. We look forward to having David back when our maintenance is due again. David is knowledgeable and thorough.
Everyone I've spoke with or met has been nothing but professional. Kyle was able to get the new system running without any delays.
