Eiler showed up earlier than expected and was able to quickly determine what was causing the issue we were having. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond what was expected. I will be calling Bayonet and asking for Eiler for any future issues we have.
All in all they did a good job but were very slow~the black man you sent was very nice and he wasn't slow at all~~
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable regarding the service. They announce their approximate time of arrival and are usually punctual!
Semi-annual service visit. Our technician, Daniel H., did a very thorough job of checking everything. They may not be the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for and I'm willing to pay a bit extra to make sure I get good service now and when I may need it later.
Technicians and phone staff were great to deal with; very professional, helpful and friendly.
