The technician, Danny, was great, polite and professional. Great with communication by texting me with his aproximate arrival time. Great with fixing the problem with the kitchen facet. Great at explaining what went wrong and what he did to fix it. For someone like me who detailed orient, I couldn't be happier - problem solved and didn't have to wait around all day wondering when the tech will arrive.
