We were notified prior to the technician's arrival as promised, a text with the technicians picture was included, this was very helpful. This is the second time our tech Andrew has been to our home , he was pleasant, efficient and respectful of our home. He worked quickly and quietly, overall a very good experience.

Edit- 2/2026– this company is still excellent - they've continued to be responsive, hire excellent and thoughtful technicians - including Nathan, who diagnosed and fix the AC problem immediately and skillfully. Nathan was also great with my parents (who asked a lot of questions) - super personable and overall someone you're comfortable having in your house. This is a good company - and they've been steady over time. I recommend.

Our mirror ended up busted in our 4 year old AC unit. William was great and was in and out and worked on getting it covered under warranty! Highly recommend Bayonet they are always super fast and efficient.
