Was prompt and polite. Fixed the AC clogged line and explained to us how to maintenance it so that this does not happen again.
I had an issue with my AC. I called them, they were at my door early, came in, it was taken care of in very short order. Since the issue was with my thermostat, I was not charged beyond the service call. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Bayonet.
