My kitchen sink was clogged and Jack Fitch did a great job at clearing it out. He also fixed my clogged shower drain and my fixture coming out of the wall had a micro-crack so he fixed that and one of the bathroom sinks was clogged. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing as he went along each area.
05/13/26 - update - William came out and serviced my a/c and did a great job. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable company. There prices are competitive.

Our tech William was great. He got in and diagnosed the problem and offered various service options which was appreciated due to the age of our AC system. Definitely not a one size fits all decision. Call Bayonet!

Technician Pedro showed up right on time, and did a very thorough and professional job in removing our old water heater and installing a new one. Very nice guy, easy going and took time to explain things to us about the new heater. Would definitely recommend him for any future work at our house or for others.
Tina was on time to our appointment and explained what she did today. She also answered all of our questions. Excellent service!
Anthony was so professional and his mannerism was impeccable. From wearing the covering on his feet before he entered my home with booties, down to the way he interacted with me and my family.
