Excellent service and friendly technician
I'm very satisfied with the service. Eiler Natal was very informative and clearly explained what the issue was with the garbage disposal. He arrived on time, worked professionally, and left everything clean when he finished. You can tell he knows what he's doing, and he took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. I would definitely recommend him and would call him again in the future.

Sal Castelli was great and took care of the job without any problems at all. Quick and efficient. He even showed up early which made my day even better.
Justen Aviles and Anthony Prieto both came at different times to make repairs to our AC while in heating mode.
Justen allowed our heater to warm us for two days when the temp was at its all time low.
Unfortunately 3 days later Anthony came as the heater no longer kicked in.
After examining and making sure what was needed, we had to replace the motor.
It was nice to know that as an MVP, we were given a discount, as replacing the motor is expensive.
Both Justen and Anthony were professional, understanding and fixed the issue at hand.
Also Kudos to Colleen and Sarah who were wonderful in scheduling our appts asap.
Raul was very professional, explained the install of ultra violet light and electrostatic filter and did a great install. Excellent rapport with me the customer. Raul was on time for appt and was very meticulous. Will always use Bayonetl
Technician came as requested on short notice. We determined that the extended severe cold reduced the furnace efficiency and no service was required. Never have had a complaint about Bayonet.
