We had a leak of condensation in one of the mini splits. We had called Bayonet twice before but the problem recurred. This time 2 men were dispatched and they repaired a problem in the drain line. Since the problem was due to faulty installation, they charged us nothing. Third time is the charm.

The techs are always very nice. They go right to work, no nonsense and explain what they did before they leave. I have a maintenance agreement with Bayonet. Always the best way to keep on top of things.
