Our air conditioner went out. Elizier Evariste came out, found the problem & explained all the options. Part was ordered & a week later Elizier came back at 5pm. He worked in the dark for five hours to fix the problem. He tested the unit several times with heat & cool to make sure it was working. Elizier was great, knowledgeable, kind & a dedicated employee. He is a wonderful asset for Bayonet. Thank you so much.
Our technician Gabriel Edwin Santiago was top notch. He was on time, professional and efficient. He explained everything he was doing to repair our A/C system. Highly recommend him and the company.
Jesus Pitino did the repairs on our AC and did a wonderful job! He was able to identify the issue (which had been missed by previous technicians) and fixed the problem very quickly. I can't say enough good things about this guy. He is efficient, extremely competent and a very nice person.

ALLISON IS A GTEAT ASSET TO THE CO. SHE CAME ON TIME, LET ME KNOW WHEN SHE WOULD ARIVE. SHE CAME IN GOT THE WORK DONE THEN WENT OUTSIDE AND PERFORMED ALL OF THE TESTS OF HER JOB. CAME IN WAS VERY POLITE AND SHOWED ME PICTURES OF WHAT THE TEST SHOWED, NO PROBLEMS. SHE IS A FINE YOUNF LADY.
