Bayonet replaced my hot water tank under warranty. It took several people to make this happen very quickly and everyone was awesome! The office staff worked hard on the back end and both technicians on site were prompt , courteous, and professional. I've been a long time customer and highly recommend Bayonet for all plumbing needs! Great job guys!!!

Pedro came on scheduled time and explained the cause of water draining very slowly! Upon checking, he confirmed that perhaps the cause is "U" shaped drain tube. He brought a snake and ran it through and cleared the debris. Pedro is personable and explained it to us.
