In received today the technician Alejandro Consuegra Rojas. I called Bayonet to schedule an appointment for my A/C tuned up. He did a Great Job! Alejandro is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him and also Bayonet has an excellent service
Nathan is fantastic! He quickly fixed a new construction issue with the thermostat not flipping over to heat and checked to see if I had any questions before leaving. I signed up for the annual service contract - Nathan did an excellent job explaining the benefits. Please note - Nathan is good with cats. All around 5 stars.

Jacob and Jeremiah were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, and completed the repair promptly. We will definitely use Bayonet again.
