We just had the best experience with Terrence Dildy! My husband and I are in town for the Bucs game (Go Bucs! ????), and Terrence came through big time by fixing my mother-in-law's garage disposal. He was not only super professional but also incredibly kind and patient — he took the time to explain everything to my husband step by step so we'd know exactly what to do next time.
It's rare to find someone who's both skilled and genuinely helpful, but Terrence was all that and more. My husband and I both agree — this company should give him a big Christmas bonus for his hard work and amazing attitude. Thank you, Terrence, for making our visit even better!
