Fast, professional and Great customer service
We are living in a Lennar home and have issues with a random leak coming out on our tile downstairs near our garage door. We noticed our baseboard was discolored and separating and we knew it must've been in leak somewhere inside the wall. Lennar contacted Bayonet, and Travis from Bayonet came out. He was so professional and dedicated to helping us figure out where the leak is. We have two babies and he wanted to make sure he could help as best as he could. He took his time to find the source of the problem and sure enough, after 4 hours of non stop work and tests, he found the source of the leak. It ended up being an AC issue, so someone else will be coming out but if it wasn't for him, there'd be no idea to what was causing our issue and damage to the home! Truly grateful for the dedication and time he willingly took to solve the issue for us. Thank you, Travis! People like you are what make all the difference. Bayonet is lucky to have you! Ulices did a great job on our AC today. I will ask for him anytime we need Ac work done!!!
My tech Humberto was very nice. He actually came earlier than what was expected which was great! He explained the problem and quickly fixed our toilet. Fast and efficient Thank you!
