I just wanted to take a moment to commend Jeremy Hulet for the outstanding service he provides at Bayonet Cooling and Plumbing. From the moment he walks through the door, his friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge shine through. Jeremy is not only courteous but also incredibly thorough and timely in his work.
It's clear that employees like Jeremy are hard to come by. He embodies what great customer service should be, and I genuinely believe he deserves recognition and support from Bayonet. In my opinion, he should be in a supervisory position, mentoring other team members on the exemplary customer service he practices.
What sets Jeremy apart is his problem-solving attitude; he never tells us what he can't do—he always focuses on what he can do to resolve any issues we've had. We have been fortunate to have him service our air conditioning, especially after experiencing less-than-stellar customer service from other employees.
If you want to know how to treat customers with respect and truly listen to their concerns, you should look to Jeremy as a model.

Michael Castro was amazing, humble, kind and honest. He did what was needed it to do to have my AC unit running and explained how my unit need it to be replaced with kindness and respect not pushy, company kept me updated about my appointment, being the summer time I understand that they have plenty of customers to take care of.

The same day appointment was easily scheduled by office staff member Lisa.
Senior Tech Andrew arrived on time and efficiently went about checking the HVAC system.Andrew was very thorough and performed his tasks in a timely manner. Not only professionally competent he answered all questions we had about our system. Throughout his time at our home he offered suggestions to improve the operation of the unit.Once he completed the inspection he took the time go over it in detail.
Andrew explained the different programs offered by his company.Based on the information emailed by the office and explained to us we chose to engage the program.
Based on Andrew's professionalism, personal approach and engagement with us it was evident that BAYONET chooses to hire and train great employees. We would highly recommend BAYONET.

The young maintenance gentleman Sumner Holbrook was respectful and sweet. He made sure he checked everything on my system making sure everything was working properly. He did a great job.

Joel Alverez did a phenomenal job. Outstanding isn't even enough. Not only did he fully replace a 2 unit AC system in less time than estimated, but he also did it solo. On top of that, he spent time removing and completely replacing old sealant work that was poorly done before. He also went into detail on how to properly maintain the system, which I was grateful for since I was clueless as a new renter of a home. I could not recommend someone more. If it's possible, request Joel. Friendly and the definition of a hard worker. Including pictures of both units and the new thermostat (Don't worry, it's still cooling because I just had it completed.)
Joel Alverez from Bayonet Plumbing did such an amazing job installing our new AC unit. He was right on time, went way over and beyond! Also thank you to the staff that helped me get everything set up.
