Amazing service!
William Breitfeller expertly repaired our AC system earlier this month and returned to conduct our MVP maintenance/check-up. He's a phenomenal technician and caring person.
William's an exceptional senior technician who not only focuses on maintenance and service requirements but also on providing superior customer service and satisfaction.
In my opinion, William represents Bayonet as the standard bearer for ensuring a job gets done right. Honest, trustworthy and personable.
His technical knowledge and experience remain simply outstanding; and he takes the time to clearly explain any HVAC system-related issues and recommendations…some of his great qualities that are uncommon in today's society. Others must follow his example.
When it's time for service, maintenance or any potential repair requirements we know we can trust William to get things accomplished in a timely and accurate manner.

Orlando Escobales was the most knowledgeable and through tech we have had. He went above and beyond. We have been having A/C issues for atleast a month with several Technicians coming out and we have continued to have the HVAC go down. He was able to find the issue, repair it and explain the process so I would understand.
Professional staff, excellent communication skills and arrived on time. Explained everything in detail and performed their jobs on both the AC system and water heater to our satisfaction
Albert Gonzalez was on time and explained everything about my Hot Water Heater code and estimate before doing any work. He was very courteous and kind. Fixed the problem and showed me pictures of what was going on before I paid for my visit! Wonderful Job!
