My technician Ulices Sanchez Gallegos was very professional. He is very knowledgeable, patient and understood our concerns about our AC unit. He calmly walked my husband and I through every step while cleaning and draining water . when he installed the new system he showed me how to download and utilize it from my phone. He was great. I would highly recommend Ulices.
Shane was awesome. Very professional. Got the problem fixed and was very kind as well. He showed up clean and left dirty, but I could tell he took pride in his work! Very appreciative of him taking care of the issue that our builder created.
Daniel didn't have to do much, but he was very professional and answered all my questions.

Technician came to our home and checked and adjusted all vents for proper airflow and also checked the refrigerant which turn out was a bit low for the upstairs unit. Overall, good experience and friendly personnel.
Eaven Wells from Bayonet came by today and did a stellar service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He identified the issue and took care of it. He also went the extra mile and checked the refrigerant on both units and and added to one which was a bit short . Overall, we are pleased with Eaven and Bayonet, we would definitely call them to service our A/ C again
We can't thank Andrew Novak enough for the time he took to thoroughly check out our AC, determine the problem and repair it. It was late at night but he took his time to explain what the issue was and exactly what he did to fix our AC. He did not leave before he was sure that the system was operating properly.
Andrew is an experienced professional; knowing exactly how to communicate with his customers. We will definitely be requesting Andrew for all maintenance and repairs going forward. Thank you!
