We can't thank Andrew Novak enough for the time he took to thoroughly check out our AC, determine the problem and repair it. It was late at night but he took his time to explain what the issue was and exactly what he did to fix our AC. He did not leave before he was sure that the system was operating properly.
Andrew is an experienced professional; knowing exactly how to communicate with his customers. We will definitely be requesting Andrew for all maintenance and repairs going forward. Thank you!
This company is incredible! I have had no AC for 4 days and anyone who lives in Florida right now knows how excruciating that is!! It was 85° in my house during the day and 80 at night!(if I was lucky) I called them in the afternoon and they came out the same day! At 9:30 at night! Mr. Chavez was awesome. He communicated the whole time, he fixed my problem and my dogs and I can finally sleep in the house tonight without baking in an oven!!! I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you!
Had our air conditioning system scheduled maintenance performed Nov 12 2024. Our maintenance was performed by Vasilios Sozos, He was the best I've experienced in outstanding customer service! He was punctual, polite, took steps to prepare himself to take steps for cleanliness in our home. Kept us informed with detailed explanation of what was being done and never pushed. Outstanding Bayonet Employee!!
I had a issue with my ac unit and it took awhile and a couple trips to diagnose the exact issue. Kyle walker did a amazing job in figuring it out Thank God. He is a hard worker and his work ethics are awesome. With the heat already here a good worker to fix a issue is important.
