Bayonet replaced my hot water tank under warranty. It took several people to make this happen very quickly and everyone was awesome! The office staff worked hard on the back end and both technicians on site were prompt , courteous, and professional. I've been a long time customer and highly recommend Bayonet for all plumbing needs! Great job guys!!!

Pedro came on scheduled time and explained the cause of water draining very slowly! Upon checking, he confirmed that perhaps the cause is "U" shaped drain tube. He brought a snake and ran it through and cleared the debris. Pedro is personable and explained it to us.
Bayonet has serviced both my plumbing and AC unit for 10yrs. They have always been top notch in all ways including customer service. Today Michael came to check on an issues an inspector had due to me selling my home. He addressed the issue and was very kind. They will be installing my AC and plumbing in my build villa and I will continue having my bi-yearly maintenance with them. They are reliable, professional and always there when you need them.
