Shane was great. I would ask for him to be my tech for all of my service calla
I contacted Bayonet on Sunday morning on Labor Day weekend because my water heater was not working. They sent Shane to the rescue, he fixed the problem and now I'm back in hot water! Thanks guys!
They were late showing up with no call or communication. However the tech was courteous and professional
Brogan was quick, super helpful, friendly & knowledgeable at figuring out what our plumbing issue was. Everything was explained to us thoroughly. He repaired it within a couple hours and was on his way. 100/10 recommend.
Joshua did an excellent job and was very kind and patient.
He went the extra mile to figure out what was going on in other areas were needed. I truly appreciate his desire to make sure everything was taken care of

Would like to give him a 10 star review for his dedication in finding the problem, we bought and moved into our home 3 days ago. Resolved the issue explained everything completely to us on what had taken place without his knowledge we may have never had found the issue on this holiday weekend he went over and above his job duties. Very polite and easy to work with when he was on our job site!
Todd Brown knows his stuff and rushed over as soon as he heard it was our house… we had a disaster- sewer pump lift station broke. Although the mess is not something they can help with- he got the pump going and suggested repairs on the panel. Thank you!
Joe was great! He explained everything throughly and took care of us! We are back to being cool just in time for our party we are hosting tomorrow! He saved the event!
