I called around 5pm and Andrew came around 8pm! Andrew was nice, knowlegeble, explained everything clearly and did his best to resolve the issue I was having. He also was patient and made sure my A/C was working properly before he left.

Our technician was Joseph Grzyb. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced a damper for one of our A/C zones. He was done from start to finish in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend him and Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & AC!
