Technician Zsolt Bagyi was great. He was able to not only solve the initial problem but went above and beyond to find and inform me of a issue that could potentially arise in the near future. This will allow me to make necessary preparation to have the issue eliminated before it becomes an immediate problem. I'm very much pleased with the job that was done.
Victor was wonderful. He wanted to make sure he was very thorough. He explained the new tankless system and how often it needs to be cleaned out for it to work properly. Will gladly have him back out next year for servicing.
