My tech Victor Pagliari showed to my house and was very courteous and knowledgeable and explain what he was doing and how he was gonna fix the issue. I will use Bayonet Plumbing again and hope they will send Mr. Pagliari if there are any future issues.

Danny from Bayonet Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a pressure regulator valve to stop the leaking and waste of water. Very professional, we would use them again.
The technician was fantastic. He came out quickly, diagnosed the issue with our AC system—just 1.5 years old—and identified a failed compressor. Knowing we had a baby in the house, he put a rush on the warranty part to help get things fixed as soon as possible. As soon as it came in, he returned to install it and stayed afterward to make sure everything was running perfectly. He clearly knows his craft, and his professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail really stood out. We're so grateful for the care and urgency he showed—highly recommend!
The appointment was made in a timely manner. The person on the phone was very pleasant and professional. Jesus, the technician, was great! He cleaned out a clog in the condensation line and serviced the AC quickly and it was all covered under our contract. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything. Highly recommend.
