Alex called with an update on his eta and arrived right on time. Service call for estimate for installation of a new toilet. When I accepted the estimate, he called the office to see if he could do the installation right then! With the green light, Alex went ahead. His work was clean and efficient.

Came out and replaced the flapper on my toilet and checked to make sure nothing else was an issue, did a plumbing inspection section and flushed my hot water heater. Very nice, professional and he explained everything. Definitely recommend.

Bayonet is amazing! Service technicians are personable, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I just had a new unit installed by Nathaniel K. He did a great job installing along with a nice young man, unfortunately, I did not get his name. Nathaniel took extra time to show me what everything is and how to perform my own preventative maintenance. Thanks Bayonet, keep up the good work!
