Awesome job, he was prompt, courteous, clean and efficient.
Jason was outstanding. Jason worked with me to make sure only 1 of 4 toilets had an issue, by ensure the reported water meter running about a gallon an hour. we turn all toilets off & the turn the water back on with no problems. My experience with Bayonet has a 20 year history of exclusivity, over the years we have had mostly positive experiences, with a few small exceptions. For the most part we are happy with the service and quality of the company,
My recent service with my Texh, Joshua, was a positive one,
We have an intermittent problem with our A/C unit, and he spent several hours late into the night to rectify and properly repair the isssue,
However after he had the unit working for 45 minutes and a couple of cooling cycles the unit completely went dead, so we will be having another call to attempt to fix this issue.
The unit is 7years old and has been a great service history, so it seems like this issue is hard to diagnose when there was low gas as well as possible other issues, so we will work with our Tech to find the solution and fix it.
I trust Bayonet to find the right answer and fix as they have always done for nearly 20 years .

I have been a general contactor for 40 years and just retired to Hudson. I have never had customer service that was attentive and explained what they where going to do and WHEN and they actually did. Also the serviceman Carlos was neat even though he had to go back and forth, outside several times. His employer should know how good he is with customers.
