After multiple attempts, Jose finally fixed the restroom. Lennar building is to be blamed first to give me the house in that condition. I was very frustrated as it took multiple attempts to fix it. But in the end, they did the job. Il check back the seat today and update if anything.

In all my years of home ownership, I haven't had someone as professional as Shane. Like no joke. Not only was he respectful, he carried himself professionally and is very well spoken. He explained everything and left no need for questions from me. If I need anything for plumbing ever again… I'm calling Bayonet and requesting Shane. Seriously, thank you for giving me a peace of mind! ????????
Tyler was great! Instead of walking away from the problem and ordering a part he rookie his time and fixed the problem! Tyler was amazing.
Our technician was Frank. He was very friendly , and explain things to me. Would definitely recommend this company for yearly maintenance.
