Shane with Bayonet was extremely thorough and helpful for this warranty service call. He was on-time and professional. He called before showing up and gave my wife a chance to explain all of her concerns since she could not be there in person. He checked all fixtures to determine the performance of the tankless water heater and made some adjustments to increase water flow, which should improve the speed of delivering hot water. Although there was no actual plumbing "repair" needed, he was not dismissive, and took the time to understand our concerns, and explain exactly what was going on.

Had issues with my AC, called late on Friday afternoon, told that a repairman would be there between 5 to 11 PM! Technician was 100 miles North of me, but was coming in my direction on his way home! Arrived @ 9:30 or so, within 15 minutes, discovered the issue with fan motor in the handler! Within 35 minutes, remove the fan, as motor was inside the housing, took old motor & reconnected new motor into fan housing, & put unit back into handler & up & running in 30 minutes!
Check AC is working by checking the air temperature inside of handler & what the
temperature was set at! It was within the required range!!
